One of the key attributes that we have grown to love about Rolex, is that they are subtle with their changes, this is a key core strength in designing a timeless wristwatch.  So for example, a Submariner from the 70s looks just as good as a current production Submariner.  So with the Sea-Dweller the most notable change was the larger 43mm case (replacing the discontinued SDK4K that was 40mm).  The other key change was the re-introduction of the red font on the dial, this is nice nod to the original 1967 sea-dweller.  This is the perfect watch for someone who’s has or had a Submariner or SD4K and wants something with a little more wrist presence.  Also, historically speaking, we know that anniversary releases make great investments over the long term, so this is definitely a classic in the making!
